मिट्टी से ही सिख ले कर, शुरु किया है सफर ये । मोर झारखंड से जो कहानी की शुरुवात हुई, देश के हर कोने के मिट्टी में बसाना है।

Aseem Sinha, Biswambharnath Naik, Deepali Nayak (M. Phil) and Dr.Minashree Horo (Ph.D) the four pillars came up with the ACE( Art, Culture and Entrepreneurship) concept to develop the experimental space called Mor Mitti.

We have ensured that our space is an all-inclusive zone. We provide the opportunity to express oneself and we love healthy debates.

Mor Mitti is an endeavour to introduce people to different aspects of sustainability in rural India. We aspire to do so by inculcating the traditional knowledge and cultural values to the ecosystem that provides the local communities the opportunity to build on their lifestyle (way of life) by engaging in the aforementioned aspects of social entrepreneurship. Building on the tenets of self-dependence and sufficiency, the local community strives to re-define the sustainability in (and for) Simdega. The community will be responsible for growing the vegetables that would be delivered to and used in Mor Mitti without any intermediary party involved. At the same time, all the people working with Mor Mitti are locals (they get on-job training), who had either migrated to make their ends meet or were threatened of getting coerced into habitual migration. Yet, Mor Mitti is bigger than a livelihood avenue. Mor Mitti represents the convergence of work-ethic, knowledge influx and communal harmony.
